Christmas menu

Now that these special dates arrive, we all start to think about what recipes we will make this year and which will be our Christmas menu for this year. That's why since Cooking Recipes We bring you some proposals for your Christmas dinner and lunch.

We advise you to prepare dishes that can be made in advance and thus be able to enjoy the company loved ones as much as possible during Christmas lunches and dinners.

Option 1

For each dish we give three options to choose from so that each one can make the menu to their liking.

Incoming

• Stuffed mushrooms
• Camembert cheese fondue

First course

• Salmon and shrimp cake

• Lamb with honey

We can also choose typical Christmas desserts such as Christmas log, artisan mantecados o chocolate and almond nougat.

Option 2

In a few days we will have the great Christmas dinner and lunch, where all the family members get together in a great celebration in which each one will contribute their tastiest dish. However, these dates can be stressful, since you don't have much time to cook.

That is why, from Las Recetas Cocina, we propose another delicious Christmas menu, full of simple and healthy recipes, so that you can succeed at home and don't waste a lot of time on food, since these holidays are to be with them.

Hors d'oeuvres

First course

1. Zucchini logs stuffed with Aurora sauce
2. Piquillo peppers stuffed with prawns and béchamel
3. Inexpensive fish soup

Second course

1. Sirloin with mushrooms, chestnuts and cheese sauce
2. Hake rolls with duck ham in green sauce
3. Ray wings in pepper sauce

Dessert

1. Chocolate truffles with brandy
2. Christmas log
3. Lemon ice cream cup with caramel base and peanut topping
