Inexpensive fish soup
All the soups Fish are reputed to be somewhat expensive, however, we can make their inexpensive version with total security that it will be just as rich. Today I will tell you how you can enjoy this soup without leaving your pocket in it. Take note !.

Ingredients
- Thorn and head of some fish
- Vegetable broth (or a bouillon cube)
- 1 cebolla
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 of a loaf of stale bread
- Parsley
- Sal Island
- Buy
- Fried tomato
- Rice noodles or a handful of rice
Crafting
Bring the vegetable broth to a boil, add the fish and while we fry the onion with the garlic in a frying pan. When the onion is poached we add the small cut stale bread. If the broth is ready, strain it and reserve.
When the bread is toasted, we add parsley, fried tomato and we pass the mixer to the mixture in the pan. Then we put it in the casserole with the strained broth, season and put it back on the fire, add the prawns and rice or Chinese noodles and cook until ready. We decorate each plate with half a boiled egg and serve!
