Crafting
We create a mixed lettuce base on the plate or plates in which we are going to serve our salad.
We roll the slices of smoked salmon and we shape them so that our salad wins in presentation. We will need two per person and we will reserve another to chop and distribute over the lettuces.
Next we add to the salad the cheese tacos and finally we season it using extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
Notes
If you want to create a lighter salad, you can substitute cream cheese for fresh cheese or raisins.
