Vegetable dumplings, a delicious and simple starter or appetizer. A recipe that can also be used, and make them with the vegetables that we have left in the fridge.
The vegetable dumplings are delicious, You can make them fried but I prepare them in the oven so that they are much lighter. They can be combined with the vegetables that you like or mix different ingredients. The dumplings are a dish that always triumphs, for a snack or for an informal dinner they are very good.
If you like them, you can prepare more quantity and freeze, so you only have to fry them or put them in the oven.
- 1 packet of dumplings wafers
- Varied vegetables (zucchini, aubergine, onion, pepper ...)
- Fried tomato
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- Oil Salt
- Sesame seeds
- To prepare the vegetable patties, we will start by washing and cutting the vegetables into small pieces.
- We put a frying pan over medium heat with a jet of oil, we will put the vegetables to poach, about 15 minutes, they must be very soft.
- We add salt and pepper
- When they are almost there, add the fried tomato, the amount to your liking, you go testing and we will rectify the salt and pepper.
- When it is, we will let it cool.
- We prepare the dumplings, we put several wafers on the kitchen counter and we will put tablespoons of the vegetables.
- We put another wafer of empanadilla on top and we will seal them with the help of a fork.
- We prepare a baking sheet. We will put a sheet of baking paper and put the dumplings. We beat the egg and with the help of a kitchen brush we paint the dumplings, put some sesame seeds on top and put them in the oven at 180ºC.
- We will leave them until they are golden brown, we take out.
- And ready to serve !!!
