  • 40 g. Of olive oil

  1. We wash the squid well if they were fresh, then we cut the body into rings and chop up the tentacles and fins.

  3. In a bowl We prepare the dressing, Mixing the oil, add 30 grams of olive oil, the finely chopped garlic cloves, the finely chopped parsley and the chilli.
  4. Next, we put in a frying pan over high heat the remaining 10 grams of olive oil. And when it is hot, add the squid, letting it cook over high heat without moving it for 3 minutes.
  5. Then we turn the squid and we pour the dressing over them reserved, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
  6. We cook the squid over high heat 2 more minutes, making sure the garlic does not burn.
  7. After those two minutes, we check that they are ready to serve and enjoy the quick garlic squid.
