Hello girls! As you already know, Christmas It is practically around the corner. Surely more than one member of the family has asked you what you will bring to Christmas dinner. What have you answered?

At Christmas dinner where all the members of the family gather to celebrate this holiday, we all bring a dish prepared from home. Well, today I have brought you a great idea to make a Chocolate nougat and almonds in a homemade way.

It is very easy to make and, in addition, it does not have just any ingredients. It is a simple and sweet way to make a typical dessert with our own hands. I hope you do and love it.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of dark chocolate.
  • 80 g of almonds.
  • 160 g of condensed milk.
  • A little icing sugar to decorate.

Preparation

These amounts is for a Chocolate nougat Normally, if we want to make more than one nougat of this type, what we would do would be to double or triple the amounts of ingredients.

Well, the first thing we would have to do is peel and chop the almonds. In particular, I have done it this way because at home we have an almond tree and I wanted to take advantage of some almonds that I had at home. If you don't want to peel them, you can buy a bag of almonds in any supermarket. These must be whole and later we chop them, since the ground almond would make a homogeneous paste, and what we want is that in each bite a piece of almond appears to be able to better savor our Chocolate nougat.

We will place a saucepan of water on the fire, and when it boils we will put a container on top (water bath) with the chopped chocolate, to melt it. We will also add the condensed milk, and we will wait for everything to melt.

When everything is melted, we will stir everything well and add the chopped almond without stopping to stir. When we see that all the ingredients are well mixed, we will line a mold with baking paper, and we will dump this mixture on him.

Finally we will let it cool for half an hour outside the refrigerator and then we will put it in it for a whole day so that it takes consistency. After that day we will be able to enjoy our Chocolate nougat and homemade almonds. Come dare !.
