Crafting

We begin by developing the Aurora sauce. To do this, we put the butter in a pan and add the flour when it melts, stirring until the flour is golden brown. Then we add the milk at once and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring with a few rods so that the bechamel does not stick to the bottom. During the process we add salt, freshly ground black pepper and a little nutmeg. Once the béchamel is finished, add the tomato and stir so that it mixes well. We booked.

We wash the zucchini, cut the ends and cut them into pieces of about 7-8 cm. We empty them and we reserve the minced pulp. We put water to boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt and cook the zucchini for 10 minutes. Once cooked, we drain them on kitchen paper.

While the zucchini are cooking, we prepare the filling. Chop the leek finely and fry it with a pinch of salt. Once tender, add the minced zucchini meat and cook everything together for 8-10 minutes. Next, add the chopped ham, 2 tablespoons of Aurora Sauce and stir so that it is integrated.

We preheat the oven to 180º.

We cover the bottom of a baking tray with Aurora sauce. We place the zucchini and fill them. Sprinkle with a little grated cheese and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
