  • Flour- 2 tablespoons

  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 1 hoja de laurel

Preparation
  1. We prepare the broth, put the fish bones in a saucepan, cover with water, add the peeled garlic, the bay leaf and add a little salt.
  2. We season the fish and pass the pieces through flour.
  3. We put a casserole with oil, when it is hot we brown the pieces of fish, just brown them a little, we take out. We booked.
  4. In the same casserole you can add a little more oil and brown the prawns, remove and reserve.
  5. In the same casserole with a little more oil if necessary, we will put the minced garlic.
  6. When it begins to brown, add the two tablespoons of flour, let it cook a little.
  7. Add the white wine and let it evaporate for 3-minutes.
  8. Add the fish to the casserole, cover with the hot fish broth, cook for 10 minutes.
