Good weather is coming and we are getting hotter and hotter, so more and more, we want to eat fresh, low-weight food. A salad is always a good option, but we must be careful with the products we use, so that it is a salad as complete as possible. In addition, it is important not to fall for the typical green salad, which in the end will turn out to be boring and monotonous.

By varying a bit with the ingredients, and playing with creativity, you can cook hundreds of varieties of salads, all of them delicious. The advantage of having salad is that we start from a healthy base, if we are careful with the elements and sauces that we add, we can feed ourselves without jeopardizing our diet. What's more, cooking a salad is quick and stains very little in the kitchen, which is always a help for the current pace of life.

Today let's cook a seafood salad. Very fresh and easy to drink, if you also have to eat away from home for work reasons, you can transport it without spoiling. You just have to take the sauce in a separate container and add it at the last minute.

Ingredients
  • 1 sachet of lettuce mix
  • 400 gr of prawns
  • 8 crab surimi sticks
  • Cheese tacos to taste
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 egg

Preparation
  1. First we put the egg to cook, in a saucepan with cold water we put on the fire, after 18 minutes the egg will be ready.
  2. Cool with plenty of cold water, in this way we can handle the egg earlier and it will peel better.
  3. We dump the contents of the salad on a cutting board, we cut all the vegetables julienne style well, wash and drain well.
  4. We wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  5. We peel and cut all the prawns into two or three parts.
  6. We cut the avocado into cubes.
  7. We peel the egg, wash well and dry with kitchen paper. We cut the egg into cubes.
  8. It is time to plate, we will do it directly on the containers where we are going to serve the salad.
  9. First we put a bottom with the lettuce mixture.
  10. Then, we incorporate the rest of the ingredients, first the prawns and then we add the cherry tomatoes, the cheese blocks, the hard-boiled egg and the avocado.
  11. We add cocktail sauce in the center of the salad.
  12. And voila !, we have a delicious seafood salad prepared in a few minutes.

Notes
Serve the rest of the sauce in a separate bowl or sauce boat, so each diner can add the sauce to taste.
