- 1 ingqayi enkulu yeembotyi ezimhlophe (400 g sele idreyiniwe)
- Iitumato zetsheri
- Pepper enkulu pepper intsimbi eluhlaza
- I-anyanisi e-1 yentwasahlobo
- Itoti yeminquma emnyama (80 g)
- Pepper ipepile ebomvu
- I-70 ml yeoyile ye-oliva eyongezelelweyo
- 50 ml apple cider iviniga
- 1 itispuni yetyuwa
- Siza kuzisusa iimbotyi ezityeni, sizifake kwi-colander kwaye sizihlambe kakuhle phantsi kwempompo.
- Sihlamba kwaye sisike izithako kwizicucu ezincinci kakhulu, ipepile eluhlaza, ipepile ebomvu, itswele yasentwasahlobo.
- Sihlamba iitumato zetsheri kwaye sizinqumle kwisiqingatha okanye kwizicucu ezincinci.
- Sithatha isitya sibeka iimbotyi eziphekiweyo, sidibanisa zonke izinto ezicoliweyo, yonke okanye iminquma ecoliweyo kunye neetumato ezithile.
- Silungiselela i-vinaigrette, kwisitya sibeka ioyile, iviniga kunye netyuwa siyibetha ngemfoloko de ibotshelelwe, songeza inxenye kwisaladi kwaye siyishukumisa kakuhle yonke into.
- Sihambisa iimbotyi kwisitya kwaye sihombise nezinye iitumato zetsheri kunye neminquma. Sikhonza yonke i-vinaigrette ngokwahlukeneyo.
