Squid with onions, ideal accompanied with rice

Squid, or squid, with onions, are a popular disherfect served with a good white rice and a little bit of bread. Full-fledged mom's kitchen.
Perfect for cold weather, the squid onions are simple and quick to do. From my point of view marry great with rice or some good fries. Even with both.
Ingredients for 4 people)
- 400 gr of fresh cuttlefish
- 1 cebolla
- avecrem
- Food coloring
- 80 grams of butter
- Water
Preparation mode
First and foremost: remove the "plasticine" from the squid. It is the equivalent of the skeleton, it is called a feather (what I call “plasticine”) and it is inside the squid, it protrudes from its body. We pinch with our fingers and remove.
We wash the squid.
We cut the onion in julienne, and poach it in a pot with the butter. When it takes color and is soft, add the squid.
Sauté and add a glass and a half of water, a pill of avecrem and food coloring.
We let cook 15 minutes over medium heat.
We serve with rice or French fries.
