An ideal salad for when you have rice left over and you are in trouble since your family has a voracious appetite:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of boiled rice
- 1 can of palm hearts cut into pieces
- 1/4 of Pategras cheese cut into cubes
- 14 pitted black olives
- Salt and Pepper Amount needed
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
Procedure
Place the boiled rice in a salad bowl, add the palm hearts, the cheese and slice the black olives. Finish by seasoning with salt, pepper and mayonnaise
