Potato and pate pasta

Ingredients

2 boiled potatoes
1 garlic clove
2 cans of minced meat
4 green olives without caroso
Salt and pepper
2 drops of vinegar
Olive oil

Preparation

Process the potatoes together with the ajó, the minced meat, the vinegar, the olive oil, the salt and the pepper.
Once processed you will obtain a light paste, put it in a container and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, before removing it, chop the olives very small and integrate it into the pasta.
