A different fried egg with great flavor, it goes very well as a garnish for meals with potatoes, tomatoes, meat or chard omelette.
Ingredients:
1 large white or red egg
2 teaspoons oregano, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Oil required quantity
Preparation:
Cover a pan with oil so that the entire surface is with oil, put on the fire and once it is very hot, gently break an egg without breaking the yolk, immediately sprinkle the oregano and salt mixture on top, wait two minutes and remove it with a spatula, and enjoy.
