Low calorie Creole steak

Ingredients:

4 steaks of square or shoulder of 200 Gr each
1 onion cut into julienne
1 red bell pepper, julienned
2 dientes de ajo chopped
1 cup diced tomatoes
4 potatoes sliced
1 cup of fat-free homemade meat
ground chili
salt and pepper

Preparation :

Take a saucepan and boil a bottom of broth and then add a layer of onion and pepper. Add the steaks and finally the garlic and potatoes, letting it cook for 10 minutes.

Now add the tomato and cover the ingredients of the preparation with a little broth.
Don't forget to season with chili pepper, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until the potatoes are tender.
