For me, pizzas are the best food item to spend with friends. As a dinner, these pizzas accompanied by good cold beers and a good movie or series is the stay best ridden for all friends.

Therefore, today I have prepared these pizzas individual flavors with predominant flavors of the earth. Homemade village sausages that will give you a great flavor to our pizzas. In this case I have chosen a cured chorizo ​​and salami so that they are much more potent.

Ingredients

  • Fried tomato.
  • Thick piece of turkey ham.
  • Grated cheese.
  • Sausage slices.
  • Chorizo ​​slices.
  • 1 can of tuna.
  • Bacon slices.

For :

  • 15 g of baker's yeast.
  • 1 glass of warm water.
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 250 g of flour.
  • Pinch of salt.

Preparation

First, we will prepare the . To do this, in a large bowl we will crumble the yeast and add the warm water to dissolve it. Then, we will incorporate the olive oil and mix a little, and then gradually incorporate the flour, sifting it well. Add the salt and knead until we get an elastic and homogeneous dough that we cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

While the dough ferments we go cutting the pizza ingredients. We will cut the turkey ham into small cubes and the slices of chorizo, salami and bacon into thin strips. In addition, we will open the can of tuna and drain the oil from inside.

We will stretch the dough and we will cut it with a round plate so that they come out perfect. We will add a fried tomato base and we will arrange the previously cut ingredients in such a way that they cover the entire base of the pizzas and we will sprinkle with grated cheese.

Finally, we will introduce in the oven already preheated to 200ºC for about 10-15 minutes with heat up and down. When removing them we can sprinkle a little oregano to taste.
