Hello! Today I bring you one idea that we have raised in our house. Since Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners are usually held with the whole family, why not make one with the most intimate friends.

And what a more informal and quick dinner to make than some Homemade pizzas to enjoy the company of friends at a pre-New Year's Eve dinner. Since it is only between friends, you do not need more than a few good beers and a good movie, since it is with the intention of having a good time with friends without forgetting that it is Christmas and a new year will come in a few days.

All the Homemade pizzas it is a great dish versatility in which we can combine food according to the taste of the diners. Therefore, below I leave you the ingredients and the preparation of the pizzas that we like the most.

Ingredients

  • Ketchup.
  • Onion.
  • Pepper.
  • York ham.

  • Anchovies
  • Tuna.
  • Grated cheese

For the dough:

  • 250 g of flour.
  • 2 tablespoons of lukewarm water.
  • 1/4 of glass of milk.
  • 20 g of pressed yeast.
  • Salt

Preparation

First of all, we must do the . To do this, we will mix the flour with the yeast and milk. Then we will season and add the water little by little and knead well. Continue kneading the dough for about 10 min and let it rest for 1 hour.

Once that time has passed, we will stretch the dough and cut it into individual portions according to the guests we have. These portions, we will place them on a baking tray to which we will add a little tomato sauce and we will take to the oven for about 6 minutes.

Meanwhile, we will cut all the ingredients in dice to advance time until the pizzas are made from the oven.

After that time, we will put a little more tomato sauce at the base of these homemade pizzas. Later we will add the ingredients previously cut according to the diners. For example, I don't like onions or peppers on pizzas, so I deleted it. As they are individual pizzas, each one can add the ingredient I want. When the pizzas are with all the ingredients, we will return it to the oven for about 3-4 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and the eggs have set.
