Today I present this traditional dessert typical of our gastronomy, fried milk. This has been made for a long time, being a really simple dessert that requires few ingredients, so it becomes a great dessert to always have on hand.

  • 1 liter of milk.
  • 100 g of sugar.
  • 100 g of cornstarch.
  • Butter.
  • Oil.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Icing sugar or normal.
  • Flour.
  • Egg.


La fried milk It is a dessert where its ingredients are basically flour, milk and sugar, turning into a kind of curd which is then coated and ready to eat.

Therefore, to make this typical dessert of the gastronomy of our country, we must first do the curd dough of milk. To do this, we will boil the milk in a container.

Then in a bowl, we will mix the sugar with the cornstarch with a few rods. When the milk has boiled, we will quickly pour it into the bowl and stir vigorously so that everything binds well.

Then, we will return to see the mixture on the fire and stir until we get a thick dough. This, we will place it on a rectangular and deep container, and we will put it in the refrigerator until it has set. This must be greased with a little butter, so that later it does not stick.
