Curried Vegetable Wok
I've wanted a wok because it seems like a great way to consume vegetablesIt is very easy to prepare and we have a delicious dish. Well, just last week they gave me one accompanied by several bowls, chopsticks, etc, very complete !. And I can't wait to release things right away I went to the kitchen to prepare the recipe that I bring you today, curry vegetable wok.
- 3 courgettes
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper
- Media cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Curry
- Strong paprika (Optional)
Preparation: Let's start preparing the sauce: In a saucepan heat a tablespoon of olive oil and poach half an onion cut into squares. When it is ready add water (the amount will depend on how much sauce you want to leave), wait for it to boil and add 3-4 teaspoons of curry, salt to taste, pepper and, if you wish, strong paprika. The amount of the latter will depend on you and your taste for spicy.
- I am honest, this in principle was going to also take chickenBut those steaks that I saw in the fridge seem to have been bought for someone else and when I went to get them they were gone. And thank goodness, because he would have left that other person without what he needed ...
You can use the same vegetable base but with other sauces. A very interesting one can be the Gombao sauce, made with soy sauce. You can also add more ingredients like prawns, veal in strips or, one of my favorite options, bamboo y chinese mushrooms. The best… As we said before, it is not necessary for the vegetables to be done a lot, let's say that in a wok they are about half raw, so they contain more nutrients than when we boil them.

I have a large wok, so it fits me perfectly. I never made it with the onion sauce first. I'm going to do it like this. It should be delicious.
Thanks for the recipe, it's a nice variant. :)
