Chard pie without dough

Ingredients:

1 bundle of boiled chard
50 g of butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
Sal Island
Pepper

Preparation:

Chop the chard with leaves and stems, squeeze them completely and sauté them in the butter for a couple of minutes and season with salt and pepper. Dust them with the flour and add the hot milk, stirring until thickened.

Beat the whites and yolks separately with the sugar, join the chard with enveloping movements and pour into a greased source. Cook for 20 minutes in a hot oven and serve alone or as a garnish.
