Lubina in the oven
A perfect dish for dieting is the lubina in the oven. It is a very easy and healthy recipe so to compensate for the excesses of Christmas I invite you to try this dish.
If the sea bass seems little to you and you want to complement it with something else, you can do it with a Sautéed Zucchini also very healthy and perfect for diet or a spinach salad.
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1.500 gr. sea bass open in book (4 small pieces)
- shawl
- oil
- 3 tomatoes to accompany or 1 onion
Crafting
In a baking tray we put baking paper so that it does not stick and cleaning is much easier. We put sea bass open in book on the paper and smear it with oil using a brush to distribute it well and add little oil. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We add the salt and put it in the preheated oven. We leave it for 10-15 minutes depending on how big the sea bass is.
To make sure it is done we can test separate the thorn from the meat. If it separates easily, it is already ready.
We put it on a plate and decorate it with some tomato slices.
Note
In the oven tray we can add onion and other vegetables to complete the dinner.
