Spinach salad

I love this dish, the spinach salad It is one of my favorite dishes, it takes a bit of work to chop the spinach for what little it comes out but it is worth it because it is delicious.

Preparation time 20 min.

Ingredients:

  • 500gr of spinach
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika sweet
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Sal Island
  • Olive oil
  • black olives
  • The juice of half a lemon

Preparation:

We wash the spinach (I buy them clean in a bag) and chop them, if we see any tail we discard it. We put a low casserole but that the spinach that at first bulks fits well, we add oil and we add the spinach while we cut over low heat. You do not have to add the salt to the end because we will calculate with that volume and when it reduces it will be very salty.

When we finish putting all the spinach, crush the garlic in a mortar and add it. I put three because they were very fat. Add the spices and sauté for about 10 minutes over low heat and add the lemon juice at the end. We place on the plate and decorate with the olives. I always serve it with a scrambled mixture that hits very well, and since it always comes out so little, I complete the dish a bit.
