Papas aliñás, typical recipe from Spain
Potatoes are always a very useful and practical food to make any recipe. For this reason, today I have brought you a very typical recipe from Spain, especially in the south. It's about the traditional dressing potatoes, very juicy and fresh.
Potatoes represent a essential food in any diet, and if they are cooked they do not provide many calories. These accompanied by a garnish can become a very rich and healthy tapa.
Ingredients
- Potatoes.
- Onion.
- Egg.
- Olive oil.
- Vinegar.
Preparation
This recipe is very simple to make and it serves as starter or as a cover for any informal gathering or bar. In addition, since the potatoes are cooked it can last for some time, and if you still have leftovers you can make some mash.
First of all, we will wash the potatoes very well under the water tap to remove the dirt. We will put them in a Express pot covered with water and we will bring it to a boil for 25 minutes just when the steam comes out of the valve.
At the same time that the potatoes are cooking, we will also put the eggs to cook, since in this recipe it plays the role of the second important ingredient.
In addition, we will chop the onion very fine in very small squares so that when you eat them you do not notice so much the big and fat chunks.
Once everything is prepared, we will gather all the ingredients in a bowl and we will dress it with the oil, salt and vinegar. The texture should be smooth and that the oil bathes the potatoes but not excessively.
