Lungiselela amakhukhi ekhaya silula futhi uma unezingane zingakusiza, zizokujabulela kakhulu. Abancane bayawathanda amakhukhi futhi uma enziwe ngoshokoledi okuningi kakhulu.

Amakhukhi angafakwa amantongomane, izithelo ezomisiwe ukuze ziwenze ube nempilo futhi zihamba kahle kakhulu ngoshokoledi.

Izithako
  • 1 i-yogurt yama-Greek engenashukela
  • 120 gr. Kafulawa
  • 60 ml. ubhekilanga noma uwoyela kakhukhunathi
  • 30 gr. i-cocoa powder
  • 80 gr. ushukela
  • Ingcosana kasawoti
  • 5 gr. imvubelo yamakhemikhali
  • Chips chocolate
  • Amantongomane (amantongomane, ama-alimondi, ama-walnuts….)

Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukulungisa amakhukhi kashokoledi namantongomane, okokuqala sizovula i-ovini ngo-180ºC ukushisa phezulu naphansi.
  2. Sizobeka zonke izithako ezomile endishini, sizobeka ufulawa, ukhokho, ushukela, imvubelo kanye nengcosana kasawoti. Siyaxuba futhi sihlanganise kahle.
  3. Sifaka iyogathi yemvelo kanye namafutha, sihlanganise kahle kakhulu kuze kube zonke izithako zihlanganiswa kahle. Ngalokhu kuzofanele sisizane ngezandla zethu ukuze sibe nenhlama ehlanganiswe kahle.
  4. Faka idlanzana lama-chip eshokoledi ukunambitha enhlama, hlanganisa.
  5. Etreyini lokubhaka sizobeka ishidi lephepha elinamafutha.
  6. Sizokwenza amabhola aphakathi nendawo ngenhlama bese siyifaka ephepheni kancane ngaphandle komunye nomunye.
  7. Sika amantongomane ambalwa bese uwafaka ngaphezulu kwamakhukhi.
  8. Sifaka ithileyi kuhhavini bese sibavumela bapheke cishe imizuzu eyi-15-20 kuya ngokuthi amafutha amabhola enhlama nohhavini anonile kangakanani. Kufanele uqaphele ngoba zivutha khona manjalo, kufanele zibe nesisa lapho sizikhipha kuhhavini ngoba lapho ziphola ziyaqina.
  9. Ngalezi zimali sithola cishe amakhukhi ayi-12 aphakathi.
  10. Lapho sezikhona, siyazikhipha, sizivumele zipholile eraki.
  11. Futhi ukulungele ukukhonza !!!
