- 100 ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Ikani lepelepele le-piquillo

- Usawoti kanye nopelepele
- I-Bechamel sauce noma ukhilimu
- Ushizi osikiwe
Ukulungiselela
- Okokuqala sizobeka ipani lokuthosa emlilweni ngejethi kawoyela omuhle, uma kushisa sizobeka u-anyanisi osikiwe.
- Lapho iqala ukuthamba, sizofaka inyama egayiwe, siyifake usawoti kanye nopelepele, siyivumele ipheke imizuzu engu-5, inyakazise futhi ifake ingilazi yewayini elimhlophe, ishiye imizuzu embalwa ukuze utshwala buphume bungeze Utamatisi othosiwe inani elizobe likhululekile.
- Sivumela konke kupheke phezu komlilo ophakathi imizuzu engu-12-15. Siyacima bese siyayeka ipholise kancane.
- Sizogcwalisa upelepele, ngosizo lwethisipuni.
