Ukholifulawa noma i-gratin ne-béchamel sauce

  • Ushizi osikiwe
  • Okwe-bechamel.
  • 500 ml. ubisi
  • 50 gr. Kafulawa
  • 50 gr. webhotela
  • Sal
  • I-Nutmeg

Ukulungiselela
  1. Sisika ukholifulawa ngeziqu bese sigeza.
  2. Sifaka ipani elinamanzi amaningi nosawoti, lapho liqala ukubilisa faka izingongolo zokholifulawa bese ulivumela lipheke kuze kuphekwe ukholifulawa.
  3. Silungisa i-bechamel. Epanini noma epanini lokuthosa sibeka ibhotela emlilweni ophakathi nendawo.
  4. Lapho selincibilikile, sizofaka ufulawa, sigovuze kahle futhi siwuyeke upheke uthathe umbala omncane.

  10. Sikhipha silungele ukudla !!!!
