- 500 ml. ubisi
- 50 gr. Kafulawa
- 50 gr. webhotela
- Sal
- I-Nutmeg
- Sisika ukholifulawa ngeziqu bese sigeza.
- Sifaka ipani elinamanzi amaningi nosawoti, lapho liqala ukubilisa faka izingongolo zokholifulawa bese ulivumela lipheke kuze kuphekwe ukholifulawa.
- Silungisa i-bechamel. Epanini noma epanini lokuthosa sibeka ibhotela emlilweni ophakathi nendawo.
- Lapho selincibilikile, sizofaka ufulawa, sigovuze kahle futhi siwuyeke upheke uthathe umbala omncane.
- Ngemuva kwalokho sizofaka ubisi kancane kancane, esizobe sishisa ngalo ngaphambili kwi-microwave futhi ngeke siyeke ukugovuza ngenduku.
- Sizofaka usawoti kanye ne-nutmeg. Lapho sincane futhi ngokuthanda kwethu, sizolunga.
- Lapho ukholifulawa ephekwe, susa bese ukhipha kahle.
- Sifaka ukholifulawa esitsheni esifanele sokubhaka, simboze nge-béchamel esiyilungisile sayifafaza ngoshizi omncane ogayiwe.
- Sethula umthombo kuhhavini futhi sine-gratin.
- Sikhipha silungele ukudla !!!!
