- Iwayini elimhlophe 150 ml.
- Ingilazi yamanzi 150 ml.

Ukulungiselela
- Sihlanza inyama yamafutha, siwasika abe ama-cubes bese siyithambisa.
- Silungisa i-casserole ngamafutha amancane futhi lapho uwoyela ushisa, engeza inyama, uyisuse emlilweni omkhulu bese uyi-brown.
- Uma igolide, sizobeka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe.
- Siyanyakazisa, siyishiya imizuzu embalwa bese sengeza utamatisi othosiwe.
