- 400 gr. macaroni
- 300 gr. inyama exubile (yenkomo-ingulube)
- Imbiza katamatisi othosiwe
- 100ml. iwayini elimhlophe
- Pepper
- Sal
- Ukwenza i-bechamel:
- ½ l. ubisi
- 2 wezipuni zikafulawa
- 3 wezipuni zebhotela
- I-Nutmeg
- Ushizi osikiwe
Ukulungiselela
- Pheka ama-macaroni emanzini amaningi anosawoti, uma ekhona, uwahlize bese uwabekisa.
- Epanini lokuthosa elinamafutha amancane, inyama siyithosa, sifaka usawoti kanye nopelepele, uma sekuqediwe sizofaka iwayini elimhlophe, masilihwamuke lifake utamatisi othosiwe, inani kuzoba ukunambitha.
- Siyivumela ipheke imizuzu embalwa cishe imizuzu eyi-10 ukuze ithathe konke ukunambitheka kahle.
- Sifaka i-macaroni ku-sauce bese uxuba konke.
- Sikubeka emthonjeni ofanele wehhavini.
