- Sithatha i-casserole, siyibeke emlilweni ukuze ishise nge-jet enhle yamafutha, sinqume imifino bese siyifaka ku-casserole kanye nxazonke, amakhambi, usawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Sivumela inkukhu ibe nsundu nhlangothi zonke futhi imifino yenziwa ngasikhathi sinye.
- Lapho sibona ukuthi inkukhu isabalale kahle, sifaka iwayini, sivumela imizuzu embalwa ukuthi utshwala bube uhwamuko futhi sizofaka ingilazi yamanzi noma umhluzi.
- Siyivumela ipheke cishe imizuzu engama-30, noma kuze kube khona imifino. Sikhipha nxazonke.
