- 250 ml. ukushaya ukhilimu
- 200 gr. ubisi olujiyile
- 3 wezipuni zamanzi
- 1 sachet gelatin (6 amagremu)
- 1 isipuni uju
- 80 amagremu ama-pistachios aphansi
- 30 amagremu ama-pistachios athosiwe
Ukulungiselela
- Siqala i-ayisikhilimu ye-pistachio ngokufaka izithako engilazini yokuxuba. Sizobeka ama-80 gr. ama-pistachios, ukhilimu, uju nobisi olujiyile. Siyichoboza, singayishiya igayiwe kahle noma siyivumele ibonise izingcezu.
- Esitsheni sizobeka izipuni zamanzi nge-gelatin cishe imizuzu emi-5. Bese siyifaka ku-microwave imizuzwana embalwa ukuze ibe yi-liquid. Siyifaka engxube, sigovuze noma sigaye konke futhi ukuze sihlanganise.
- Uma sinakho konke okuhlanganisiwe, ngalesi sikhathi ungabeka izingcezu ze-pistachios ezithosiwe, ushokoledi ... Angizange ngibeke lutho. Sifaka isikhunta esingangena efrijini, uma kuyinsimbi engcono, ngifaka ukhilimu we-pistachio engilazini, ngimboze ngesivalo noma nge-plastic wrap bese ngifaka efrijini.
