- Iqoqo le-asparagus eluhlaza 250gr.
- 250 ml. ubisi oluhwamukile noma ukhilimu oketshezi wokupheka
- Amaqanda ama-3 amakhulu
- 100 gr. ushizi we-parmesan ogayiwe noma yini oyithandayo
- 200gr. kusuka kubhekeni kuya kuma-cubes
- I-puff khekhe
- Usawoti kanye nopelepele
Ukulungiselela
- Sikhanyisa ihhavini ngo-180ºC.
- Ngenkathi silungisa isilimo esinengono emnandi edliwayo, siyawahlanza futhi siwasike, sisuse ingxenye enzima kunazo zonke, sinqume amathiphu bese sinquma okusele kube yizicucu.
- Epanini lokuthosa elinamafutha, siyayithosa i-asparagus, uma isithambile siyayisusa. Sabekisa.
- Sula ubhekeni epanini elifanayo. Sabekisa.
- Endishini sibeka amaqanda, isiga, ukhilimu, isigqoko, ufake usawoti omncane nopelepele.
- Siyayixuba bese sifaka isilimo esinengono emnandi edliwayo kanye nebhekoni engxenyeni yeqanda, shushuzela bese sibeka ushizi ogayiwe, uhlanganise konke kahle.
- Inhlama siyisabalalisa kuthebhu yokubhaka, uma isuswa kangcono, sithela yonke ingxube phezu kwenhlama, sibeke i-asparagus ngaphezulu bese siyifaka kuhhavini.
- Sizobhaka cishe imizuzu engama-40 noma size silungele. Ukwazi ukuthi ngabe ikhekhe ligobile yini, sizocofa phakathi nendawo, uma liphuma lomile lizobe selilungile.
