- 50 gr. webhotela
- 50 gr. Kafulawa
- 500-600 ml. ubisi
- Sal

- Ukwenza amazambane nge-bechamel ebhaka, sizoqala ukulungisa amazambane, sihlube amazambane bese siwasika kahle kakhulu.
- Sifaka ipani lokuthosa ngejethi enhle yamafutha ukushisa, lapho kuba khona sifaka amazambane bese siwathosa. Lapho sezikhona, siyazikhipha, sifaka usawoti omncane.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi silungiselela i-bechamel.
- Sibeka ipani emlilweni, engeza ibhotela, bese ufaka ufulawa, ugovuze kahle bese uvumela ufulawa upheke imizuzu embalwa.
- Sizoshisa ubisi kwi-microwave. Sizofaka ubisi kancane kancane bese sigovuza kahle kuze kwakheke ukhilimu ojiyile.
- Maphakathi nokupheka sizofaka usawoti kanye ne-nutmeg encane. Sizohlola size siyishiye ngendlela esithanda ngayo. Lapho kuba khona sigodliwe.
- Sifaka amazambane esitsheni sokubhaka, simboze isoso le-bechamel, sifake ushizi omncane ogayiwe bese sifaka kuhhavini ngo-200ºC ngokushisa phezulu nangaphansi.
- Sizohamba kuze kube yilapho isisekelo sonke sigayiwe kahle, isikhathi sizoncika kuhhavini ngamunye.
