Iresiphi yamakhekhe yendabuko wonke umuntu aqinisekile ukuyithanda. Kepha zilungele izingane, isidlo esihle ngoba sibeke uwoyela womnqumo noma u-sunflower futhi sihamba namantongomane athile, ngibeke amantongomane kaphayini kepha ungabeka lowo owathanda kakhulu, noma ngaphandle kwawo.

- Okwama-muffin ayi-12:
- 200 gr. Kafulawa
- 125 ml. amafutha omnqumo amancane noma u-sunflower
- 150 ml. ubisi
- Amaqanda e-2
- 110 gr. ushukela
- ½ ngemvubelo
- I-Lemon zest
- Amantongomane ephayini
- Sithatha isitsha sifake amaqanda noshukela, sishaye ngesiswebhu kuze kushiye ukhilimu omhlophe bese ushukela uqothuka kahle, kungenziwa ngezinduku zikagesi.
- Faka ubisi kancane kancane, shaya.
- Bese sifaka uwoyela, shaya.
- Grate isikhumba sehhafu kalamula bese usifaka enhlama.
- Phakamisa ufulawa kanye nemvubelo bese uyifaka kancane kancane enhlama, shaya konke kuze kufakwe yonke into futhi azikho izigaxa zikafulawa.
- Vala inhlama ngefilimu encane bese uyivumela ukuthi iphumule cishe imizuzu engama-30 efrijini.
- Sishisa ihhavini iye ku-180ºC
- Silungisa ithileyi lokubhaka, sibeke amashidi e-muffin, sithele inhlama kuwo, uwagcwalise ngezingxenye zephepha.
- Sifafaza ushukela omncane ngaphezulu namantongomane ambalwa ephayini kwikhekhe ngalinye.
- Sethula ihhavini, sizoyifaka phakathi kokushisa phezulu nangaphansi.
- Sizobashiya cishe imizuzu engama-20, sichofoza phakathi nendawo nge-toothpick uma iphuma yomile bazobe bekulungele uma singabashiyi baze babe, benginabo imizuzu engama-30.
- Sisusa kuhhavini, sikuyeke kuphole.
- Lapho sebebanda bazobe sebekulungele ukudla !!!!
