- 80 ml wamafutha yemifino
- 260 ml ubisi
Ukugcizelela
Epanini sifaka ukhilimu, uju nama-alimondi, sishise size sibile futhi sizokugcina emlilweni cishe imizuzu emithathu. Uma sesikulungele siyakubeka. Ngakolunye uhlangothi, sishaya iqanda kanye noshukela, uwoyela nobisi, sihlanganisa ufulawa nesoda yokubhaka nemvubelo bese sikufaka engxenyeni edlule.
