  • 100 ml. wamanzi
  • 180 gr. Kafulawa
  • 50 gr. webhotela
  • I-Zest ye-orange eyodwa
  • Ijusi lewolintshi elilodwa
  • Amaqanda ama-2-3
  • 1 ithisipuni yempuphu yokubhaka
  • I-1 ingcosana kasawoti
  • 500 ml. uwoyela we-sunflower
  • Ushukela ukugqoka ama-fritters

Ukulungiselela
  1. Ukwenza ama-orange fritters, siqala ukulungisa izithako. Sigcoba i-orange bese sikhipha ujusi wengxenye ye-orange.
  2. Sibeka ipani emlilweni ngobisi, amanzi nebhotela, i-zest ye-orange nejusi le-orange. Ngenkathi ipani lishisa, thatha isitsha, uhlanganise ufulawa nemvubelo kanye nengcosana kasawoti.
  3. Lapho ipani lishisa, sizofaka ufulawa ngasikhathi sinye, sigovuze kuze kube yilapho inhlama iphuma ezindongeni zepani. Siyayinyakazisa futhi siyivumele iphumule imizuzu engu-5.
