- 500 ml. uwoyela we-sunflower
- Ushukela ukugqoka ama-fritters
- Ukwenza ama-orange fritters, siqala ukulungisa izithako. Sigcoba i-orange bese sikhipha ujusi wengxenye ye-orange.
- Sibeka ipani emlilweni ngobisi, amanzi nebhotela, i-zest ye-orange nejusi le-orange. Ngenkathi ipani lishisa, thatha isitsha, uhlanganise ufulawa nemvubelo kanye nengcosana kasawoti.
- Lapho ipani lishisa, sizofaka ufulawa ngasikhathi sinye, sigovuze kuze kube yilapho inhlama iphuma ezindongeni zepani. Siyayinyakazisa futhi siyivumele iphumule imizuzu engu-5.
- Sizoqala ngokungeza iqanda, ugovuze lize lihlanganiswe kahle nenhlama, engeza elilandelayo uphinde uhlanganise kahle. Ukuze inhlama ihambisane kangcono kungcono ukuvumela inhlama iphumule ihora elilodwa.
- Sifaka ipani ngamafutha we-sunflower ukushisa, sizoyibeka phezu komlilo ophakathi. Uma kushisa ngosizo lwezipuni ezimbili sizothatha inhlama senze amabhola bese siwafaka emafutheni ashisayo. Sizobe sikwenza ngamaqoqo amancane.
