- Okwe-flan:

- 250 ukhilimu oshaya
- Izimvilophu ezi-2 zokulungiselela i-flan
- I-120 gr. ushukela omhlophe
- 1 isipuni se-vanilla
- Okwe-caramel:
- 100 gr. ushukela onsundu
- 3 wezipuni zamanzi
- Amaconsi ambalwa kalamula
- Izithako ze-caramel sizifaka epanini elinganamathela, sizibeka ekushiseni ngomlilo ophakathi ngaphandle kokunyakaza lapho zithola umbala wegolide, zisuse emlilweni.
- Sizothatha isikhunta esithile futhi sizofaka uswidi omncane kusisekelo sesikhunta ngasinye.
- Sibeka ipani emlilweni nokhilimu, i-vanilla, ushukela no-500 ml. Ukusuka obisini, lonke ubisi luzofakwa kujeke ohlukile.
- Ngenkathi ubisi lufudumala emlilweni sizovusa, ujeke onobisi esilubeke eceleni sizofaka izimvilophu ezimbili zokulungiselela i-flan, siyaluhlakaza kahle ukuze kungabi khona izigaxa.
- Lapho ipani liqala ukubilisa, sizofaka ubisi ngezimvilophu ezincibilikile ze-flan, sizoba nalo phezu komlilo ophakathi, sizovusa kuze kube yilapho i-flan iqala ukuqina futhi sizosusa emlilweni.
- Sizosabalalisa ukhilimu kuzikhunta esinazo ne-caramel, sizivumela zifudumale bese sizifaka efrijini amahora ama-2-3.
