- Ukuqala ibhisikidi, sizoqala ngokubeka i-caramel engamanzi phansi kwesikhunta esifanele uhhavini.
- Silungisa ikhekhe. Ncibilikisa ibhotela ku-microwave bese ufaka ushokoledi oqoshiwe.
- Siyishaye kuze kube yile nkunkuma, uma kunesidingo siyifaka kwi-microwave imizuzwana embalwa.
- Kwesinye isitsha sibeka amaqanda ama-3, 125 gr. ushukela bese ushaya uze ube mhlophe.
- Sikuxuba nengxube yangaphambilini yoshokholethi.
- Sizofaka ufulawa, i-cocoa powder kanye nengcosana kasawoti.
- Sihlanganisa konke kahle.
- Sikubeka ekubunjweni esinakho ne-caramel.
- Sizolungisa i-flan, endishini sifaka ushukela namaqanda, siyishaye ize ixube kahle.
- Ngemuva kwalokho sizofaka ubisi sihlanganise.
- Sithela le ngxube phezu kwekhekhe le-chocolate ngokucophelela.
- i-flan izohlala phezulu, bese kuthi kuhhavini iguqulwe.
- Sizoyifaka esikhunjeni se-bain-marie.
- Ngabeka isikhunta esikhudlwana kancane futhi ngasimboza ngesigamu ngamanzi ashisayo. Sizoyifaka kuhhavini ngo-190º phezulu naphansi, kuze kube ilungile, cishe ihora noma ngaphezulu, uchofoza phakathi nendawo kuze kuphume i-toothpick ihlanzekile.
