  • 400 gr. imacaroni
  • 300 gr. inyama exubeneyo (inyama yenkomo-yehagu)
  • Ingqayi yetamatato eyosiweyo
  • 100ml. iwayini emhlophe
  • Ipelepele
  • Sal
  • Ukwenza i-bechamel:
  • ½ l. ubisi
  • Iipuniwe ezi-2 zomgubo
  • Iipuniwe ezi-3 zebhotela
  • Nutmeg
  • Ishizi egayiweyo

Ukulungiselela
  1. Pheka imacaroni kwindawo enamanzi amaninzi anetyuwa, xa ikho, uwaphonse kwaye uwagcine.
