- Siyaxobula kwaye sinqume itswele.
- Chuba uze usike iitapile zibe ngamaqhekeza amancinci.
- Sibeka i-casserole ngejethi yeoyile, xa kushushu sidibanisa itswele, siyivumele ipheke imizuzu embalwa.
- Yongeza i-broccoli ngamaqhekeza, isipinatshi kunye neetapile. Gubungela ngamanzi, yongeza ityuwa encinci kunye nepepile. Mayipheke ide yonke into ithambe kakhulu malunga nemizuzu eyi-15-20.
- Emva kweli xesha siza kujonga ukuba yonke into ithambile, ngakumbi iitapile.
