Zucchini with prawns

Ingredients
- 1 kg of zucchini
- 300 grams of prawns
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a frying pan, over medium heat with a little olive oil, add the sliced garlic. We wait for them to brown and then we add the prawns.
- When they are also golden brown, we add the courgettes (previously washed and cut into small cubes). Zucchini loose enough water, so it is convenient to put it on a low heat at the beginning and on a fast fire afterwards, stirring it often so that it does not stick.
- Add to it salt to taste and in about 20-25 minutes you will have your zucchini with prawns ready.
