Ingredients:
2 zucchini,
100 grams of skim ricotta
100 grams of lean or low calorie cheese
1 egg
1 slice of cooked ham
1 tablespoon oatmeal
1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon of paprika
Vegetable spray.
Preparation
Cut the zucchini in half, scoop them up with a teaspoon, chop the pulp and mix it with the skim ricotta, egg, diced cheese and ham.
Season, fill the zucchini, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and paprika. Heat in the oven until the zucchini are cooked.
Absent from my country for many years, I try to shorten the distance while preserving some gastronomic customs: stuffed Matambre, empanadas, pascualina cake and now I will incorporate (hopefully) the stuffed zucchini, since in the early spring I planted the seeds that were sent to me from Bs.
