Ingredients
- 3-4 medium potatoes.
- 3 eggs.
- 1/2 large carrot.

Preparation
Firstly, we will peel and wash the potatoes very well. We will cut these into small cubes and cook them in a pot with enough water for about 20 minutes. Afterwards, we will drain them and leave them reserved separately to use them later.
