Ingredients
  • 500 g turkey fillet
  • 1 glass of coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • Half an onion
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island
  • 2 glasses of quinoa

Preparation
  1. First we are going to prepare the turkey, clean the fat well, wash with water and dry with an absorbent paper.
  2. Cut the turkey into not too thick cubes.
  3. In a container with a lid, put the turkey cubes, the glass of coconut milk and the tablespoon of curry.
  4. We put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  5. We cook the curry following the manufacturer's instructions, we reserve.
  6. Cut the onion into small pieces.
  7. Sauté the onion with olive oil, when it takes color, add the turkey meat.
  8. Cook the turkey well until it is golden brown. We booked.
  9. Sauté the quinoa in the same pan, add a pinch of salt and a little oil.
  10. And ready!

Notes
Coconut milk can be substituted for any other plant milk, you can even serve cow's milk.
The longer the turkey spends marinating in the refrigerator, the more tender the meat will be.
