Today I bring you a simple salad recipe, perfect for the high temperatures that we have begun to endure with the arrival of summer. In this case it is a quinoa salad, a seed with great benefits for the body. Quinoa, despite being a seed, can be used as a cereal. And its high fiber content helps prevent constipation.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of raw quinoa per person
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 medium tomato
  • black olives
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • vinegar
  • shawl

Preparation
  1. First we cook the quinoa, each manufacturer includes the instructions to cook it, follow the steps.
  2. Let the quinoa cool while we prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  3. We wash the tomato well and dice it.
  4. We remove the pulp from the avocado and cut them into cubes.
  5. We wash the olives with cold water.
  6. On a salad bowl we are placing the ingredients.
  7. We put the quinoa, the tomato cubes, the avocado and the black olives first.
  8. In a separate bowl we prepare the dressing.
  9. We put three tablespoons of oil, salt and a tablespoon of vinegar, stir well with a fork to emulsify.
  10. We dress the salad at the moment of serving.

Notes
With these ingredients you make sure it is a low calorie food, but if you want to complete it, you can add other ingredients such as corn and cheese cubes.
