Preparation

  3. We cut the onion and garlic and add it to the pan where we have browned the fish, we will add oil as necessary, we let it fry, until we see that the onion begins to take color, then we will add the crushed tomato, we will put a little of salt and sugar if necessary, if it is not very acid it is not necessary to add it.
  4. We let the sauce be made, reduce and thicken the sauce then we can crush it or pass it through the Chinese if you do not want to find pieces and we will put the tuna pieces,
  5. Leave it for 5 minutes over medium heat, rectify with salt, pepper and turn off.
