Croquettes are a very traditional dish to take advantage of the foods of other recipes. In this case we have used some cooked carrots and a little canned tuna.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans of tuna.
  • 2 cooked carrots.
  • Olive and sunflower oil.
  • Flour.
  • Milk.
  • Bread crumbs.
  • I beaten egg.

Preparation
  1. Drain the tuna cans perfectly with a strainer.
  2. In a frying pan, arrange a drizzle of olive oil and add the flour.
  3. Cook to remove the raw flavor and add the milk little by little so that no lumps form.
  4. Cook until you get one bechamel.
  5. Add the tuna and carrot stirring well so that they are integrated.
  6. Remove from the fire and arrange in a fountain until cool.
  7. Add a little bread crumbs if necessary to get a dough of croquettes.
  8. Take portions and make the Croquetas.
  9. Pass through beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry.

Notes
These croquettes once breaded can be frozen to eat them at another time.
