Ingredients
- 1-2 tomato for salad
- 1 onion or chive
- 30 gr. strips of desalted cod
- A piece of fresh cheese
- 1 can of widths
- Black pepper
- Oil, salt and vinegar
Preparation
- We will soak the cod strips for a couple of hours before preparing the salad, so we will remove the excess salt, when it is there we will wash it well under the tap and reserve.
- We wash the tomato and cut it into slices. We are putting it on a plate or a tray. We put a little black pepper on top.
- We put the cod strips on top of the tomato.
- We cut the cheese into pieces and put it on top of each tomato slice.
- We open the can of anchovies and spread them over the cheese.
- Peel and cut the onion into thin slices or strips, we put them on top of the salad.
- We prepare the dressing, in a bowl we put the oil, pepper and vinegar we beat it well until we have an emulsion and we toss it over the salad. If you want you can put salt, but with the cod and the anchovies it already has enough salt.
- And ready, we will have it prepared in the fridge until serving time, it must be very cold.
