Proposals like the one that I invite you to try today are a great resource during the summer. Light and refreshing, the tomato and pineapple mince becomes a great option as a snack with some nachos. But it can also be used as an accompaniment to a green salad or a sandwich filling.
Preparing it is very simple. The key to a tasty dish is to choose one mature fruit. Those ripe tomatoes that you have in the fridge about to go bad will become your best allies when preparing this recipe. Do you dare to try it?
