Today's recipe is one of the typical ones for every home. If you have a little meat, either chicken or beef, and you have potatoes, you need little more to make a good stew of potatoes with meat. It can be considered one of those wildcard recipes that every mother does when she does not know very well what to prepare to eat.

- 400 grams of chopped beef
- 1 kg de patatas
- Carrots 2
- Half an onion
- Half ripe tomato
- Half green bell pepper
- 4 garlic
- 150 ml. white wine
- 450 ml of water
- 100 ml. chicken broth
- Saffron
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a large pot, we put a little olive oil to prepare the Sautéed garlic, onion, tomato, carrot and pepper. Everything will be well chopped and chopped, we put it over medium heat and let everything cook.
- Next, we add the chopped veal and over high heat We let it brown a little but not too much so that it is not too hard.
- When the meat is golden brown, we add the half glass of white wine and once the alcohol has evaporated, we add the rest of the ingredients: potatoes cut into tacos, water, a teaspoon of saffron, salt to taste and the chicken broth.
- We cover the pot, and we let it do medium heat for about 20-30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender. Go testing every so often.
