Ingredients
- 1 kg of squid
- 7-8 potatoes
- 200 ml of white wine
- 200 ml of fish broth
- 1 cebolla
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 chilli
- Paprika
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
Preparation
- In a pot, we pour a good jet of extra virgin olive oil. We heat up and then we add the onion well cut into slices, like garlic, already peeled.
- When the sauce is done, we add sweet paprika to taste (more than anything to color the plate). Sauté it a little with the onion and garlic and then add the squid already clean and whole.
- We leave a few minutes to cook together with the rest of the ingredients, and then we add the 200 ml of white wine, 200 ml of fish broth, a bit of shawl and a chilli.
- We leave over medium heat around 25 minutes, until the squid are soft.
- We try from time to time, and when we consider it appropriate, we set aside.
- All the potatoes We peel, wash, cut and fry them as usual. And ready!
- A very complete and tasty dish.
